Do you offer changes to the website mid-service?
Yes, we do. If something needs to change while we're building, tell us and we'll change it. Revisions during the build are part of the package, not a separate charge.
Do you offer a discount after the first website for multiple pages?
Yes, we do. Once your first site is built, additional pages are offered at a discounted rate — the groundwork is already done, so you shouldn't pay full price to expand.
What's the turnaround for the website?
We can have it live within three days, and often the same day as the call. Timing depends mainly on how quickly you can get us your photos and content.
What is your process?
We'll call you, show you the website draft, and make any requested changes by the end of the day or the next day. Once you're happy with it, we host it and give you domain access.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept card or invoice payments. The website is released once payment clears.
What are your support hours?
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Can you integrate payment systems?
Yes. We can integrate Stripe, Square, or other APIs so you can accept payments directly on your site.
What exactly does the $30/month cover?
Hosting, your domain connection, SSL security, automatic backups, and ongoing platform updates so the site stays online and secure. It's the same $30 whether you're on Basic or Advanced.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the content is yours. If you ever decide to move somewhere else, we'll hand everything over — no hostage situations.
